Laboratory Technician

Responsibility:
1. Fill in the original inspection records and issue the inspection report in a timely, accurate and true manner;

2. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the instruments and equipment, strictly implementing the operation procedures of the instruments and equipment to ensure the normal operation of the instruments and equipment;

3. Follow up the handling of quality problems such as nonconformity and customer complaints.

4. Establish and improve the quality testing system.

Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in food engineering or quality, chemistry or related;

2. Familiar with food safety and quality inspection regulations; At least 1 year QC experience in food manufacturing industry;

3. Responsible, honest, principled, good communication skills, able to work under pressure;

4. Have food inspector certificate or chemical tester certificate, QS certification work experience is preferred;

5. Familiar with QS, HACCP, ISO09001, ISO22001 and other quality management system and internal audit experience, familiar with food laws and regulations is preferred.
